Selection Of Personnel

The selection process includes an assessment of our applicant's character, ability, reputation, habits and associations. They are subject to oral and written examination, as well as a thorough background check. In addition, a complete criminal history check through the State Department of Consumer Affairs and the State Department of Criminal Justice is conducted. An assessment of each applicants profile and training is then made to ascertain if their background and prior employment is adequately suited to your company's specific facility.


All activities are performed under the very important element of close supervision. Additionally, the Director of Operations coordinates the activities of all supervisors, and conducts unscheduled inspections at no additional cost to our clients. These inspections are conducted around the clock.

Each shift has a shift supervisor who is accountable for activities of officers on his shift.
