Training is a critically important, ongoing and continuous process requiring the full time concentrated efforts of a dedicated manager. Every security officer is enrolled in a structured program beginning with New Employee Orientation, followed by a specially designed site specific continuing education program.

Ultimately, officers who excel are placed into a demanding supervisory training course. When the officer exhibits the leadership and supervisory skills necessary, he or she will advance within the company.

The Director of Operations works closely with the training program to ensure improved operational performance. At Frontier Defense Services Inc. we work as team.
